Here at Progress, we offer in-house sandblasting services. This method of surface preparation is a key step to remove surface contaminants in the pre-treatment process before the galvanizing of certain materials. These materials include those of which are painted, severely rusted, as well as those coated with certain machining lacquer or grease. In 2017, a new manual blasting chamber was added to join our existing automatic sand blasting line, catering to diversified needs.

In 2024, we enhanced our services further by upgrading our automatic sandblasting equipment from EJP Tosca. This upgrade has significantly increased our throughput capacity, ensuring improved efficiency and service delivery. The new system features advanced motors with integrated inverters for energy efficiency, a sophisticated PLC and HMI Panel for precise control of dust collection systems, and a Shots Recovery system for efficient abrasive recycling.
